itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Uns ist es wichtig, dass Ihr Kind Freude am Schwimmen hat und sich nach dem Schwimmkurs auch in unbekannten Gew\u00e4ssern sicher f\u00fchlt und dort schwimmen kann. Wir unterrichten das Schwimmen in kleineren Gruppen, damit wir besser auf die Individualit\u00e4t der Kinder eingehen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Der didaktische Lernprozess \u201evon <strong>einfach zu schwer<\/strong>\u201c steht bei uns an erster Stelle. Brustschwimmen ist die schwierigste Schwimmtechnik, da die Koordination von Beinen, Armen und Atmung am anspruchsvollsten ist. Daher lernt ihr Kind bei uns zuerst Kraulbeine, welche in Kindersprache Sprudelbeine genannt werden, gemeinsam mit der Brustarmbewegung. Der Gr\u00e4tschbeinschlag \/ Burstbeinschlag wird extra ge\u00fcbt und nach der Zeit flie\u00dfend in die Bewegungen \u00fcbernommen. F\u00fcr Kinder ist die Koordination der Brustarme und -beine sehr komplex und schwierig und kann meist erst ab einem Alter von 6-7 Jahren richtig erlernt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Wir starten den Kurs immer mit einigen Aufw\u00e4rm\u00fcbungen an Land, welche f\u00fcr die Kinder besonders wichtig sind, um sich Bewegungen zu merken und diese richtig auszuf\u00fchren. Wir setzten auf spielerisches Erlernen des Elements Wasser.<br \/>\nWas ihre Kinder in diesem Kurs erlernen k\u00f6nnen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Richtiges und gesundes Brustschwimmen:\u00a0<\/strong>Der Kopf ist zur Entlastung der Halswirbels\u00e4ule im Wasser und wird lediglich zum Atmen angehoben<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00fcckenschwimmen mit Wechselarmzug<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Kraulen mit seitlicher Atmung<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Ausdauer verbessern<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Springen:\u00a0<\/strong>Kerze, Schraube, Bombe, Abfaller, Kopfsprung<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tauchen:\u00a0<\/strong>Tief- und Streckentauchen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr die Teilnahme:<\/strong><br \/>\nIhr Kind bew\u00e4ltigt schwimmend mindestens eine Hallenbreite (ca. 8m) mit selbstst\u00e4ndiger Atmung oder das Delfin-Abzeichen<\/p>\n<p>Am Ende des Kurses k\u00f6nnen folgende Schwimmabzeichen erworben werden:<br
