itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Uns ist es wichtig, dass Ihr Kind Freude am Schwimmen hat und sich nach dem Schwimmkurs auch in unbekannten Gew\u00e4ssern sicher f\u00fchlt und dort schwimmen kann.<br \/>\nWir unterrichten das Schwimmen in kleineren Gruppen, damit wir besser auf die Individualit\u00e4t der Kinder eingehen k\u00f6nnen.<br \/>\nWir starten den Kurs immer mit einigen Aufw\u00e4rm\u00fcbungen an Land, welche f\u00fcr die Kinder besonders wichtig sind, um sich Bewegungen zu merken und diese richtig auszuf\u00fchren.<br \/>\nIn diesem Kurs werden die Kinder dann selbstst\u00e4ndig zum Duschen geschickt.<br \/>\nWas lernen die Kinder in diesem Kurs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Brustschwimmen<\/strong> mit richtiger Atemtechnik (der Kopf wird nur zum Atmen aus dem Wasser gehoben) und richtigem Brustbeinschlag \/ Gr\u00e4tschbeinschlag mit Kippwende und Tauchzug<\/li>\n<li><strong>R\u00fcckenschwimmen<\/strong> \/ R\u00fcckenkraulen mit Kipp- und Rollwende<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kraulen<\/strong> mit seitlicher Atmung &amp; Kipp- und Rollwende<\/li>\n<li>Kopfsprung mit Streckentauchen<\/li>\n<li>Tieftauchen &amp; Streckentauchen<\/li>\n<li>Verbesserung der Ausdauer \/ Dauerschwimmen<\/li>\n<li>(Rettungsgriffe)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr die Teilnahme:<\/strong><br \/>\nIhr Kind bew\u00e4ltigt schwimmend mindestens eine Hallenl\u00e4nge mit selbstst\u00e4ndiger Atmung oder Schwimmer 2-Abzeichen.<\/p>\n<p>Am Ende des Kurses k\u00f6nnen folgende Schwimmabzeichen erworben werden:<br \/>\n<strong>Schwimmer 3 oder Schwimmer 4<br \/>\nFr\u00fch-Frei-Fahrten oder Allroundschwimmer des Jugendrotkreuz<br \/>\n<\/strong>Die Abzeichen werden je nach K\u00f6nnen von den
